Who will love me the way I want to be loved?

Hello everyone, I have been away for a while doing a lot of work to bring you the kind of content which makes the difference in our lives.

Thank you for patiently waiting.

One of the most important duties we have in this life, is to work on our consciousness, until we are no longer afraid to really look at, and unconditionally love the reflected person looking at us.

I have spent a lot of time looking at the reflection recently, and I decided that I would look for the things I like, rather than search for things to not like. This is quite a challenge to do, if one does not experience love for one's sellf.

Try it.

I wonder how many babies look at their own reflection and say, "Why are my cheeks so chubby?" "I wish they were air brushed smooth like in the magazines."

Babies can have hours of laughter looking at their reflections.

It has been a long time, but I am willing to state that babies love themselves, and it is that self love we feel that from them, which compells us to love them in return.

Simple theory, but put it to the test.

For the next 30 days, every time you look at your reflection, say "I love you." to it.
Resist the urge to care what other people may think. Is it good to love yourself? Sure. But don't just take my word for it. If you have ever been in love with another, you know how great that feels.

Why would you not want to feel that way everyday?

Imagine being loved by someone who will always be there for you, who will always say wonderful things to you, who will always think the best of you, who will always smile at you, who will always know when you need a quiet friend, who will know exactly what is on your mind and who will always cry when you cry, and always laugh when you laugh.

The only person who can be that person for you, is You.

If you decided to take the 30 day challenge, reply "I love me!"
